But what does that mean to you? It means that most insurance companies will give you a discount on your insurance or up to 50% off on excess coverage.<\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bikemember.no\/en\/discounts-insurance-companies\/\">See the discount that your insurance company offers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When you get a new bike, you can either register it in a shop that is a BikeMember affiliate, or you can register it right here on our website, when you get home.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose to register your bike in the shop, the store will put a safety sticker on your bike with a unique number. This sticker is hard to remove! But it is not impossible and that is why, you also have to register your frame number. It is important that the sticker is attached, so that it is visible on your bike. The sticker is 1,18\u00d72,36 inches in size and can be seen here to the left.<\/p>\n<p>If your bike is stolen, just change the status to \u2018stolen\u2019 here on our website.<br \/>\nWith their access rights this enables the police the opportunity to change the status to \u2018found\u2019, if they find your bicycle. And if this happens, you, the owner, will be notified speedily that your bike has been found. Horray!<\/p>\n<p>Your insurance company also has access.
